We are based in Sydney, Australia and we endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the purchase.
Cost:
Regular shipping is $10 (usually 2 - 7 business days) and express is $15 (usually 1 - 3 business days)
New Zealand Standard: $11 AUD (Usually 3 - 8 business days)
New Zealand Express: $16 AUD (Usually 2 - 4 business days)
All other International Shipping Standard: $18 AUD (Usually 5 - 12 business days)
All other International Shipping Express: $33 AUD (Usually 2 - 7 business days)
Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to refund stolen or lost packages or any un-retrieved packages. This being said, we do want every one of our customers to receive their purchases, and we will do our best to help you locate your parcel in working with the shipping authorities.
Customs/Import duties and taxes: Duties and taxes are NOT included at the checkout. Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: we are not liable for your items not received due to incorrect shipping address.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns on our jewellery.
For reasons of customers purchasing handbags for one wear for events and returning, we are also unable to accept returns on those. We are however able to accept exchanges within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
Sunglasses purchased at full price are able to be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund as long as they are returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the purchase.
All sale items are unable to be returned.
We are able to accept exchanges for an alternate style or size of t-shirt within 7 days of you receiving your t-shirt. Please email camicitrine@gmail.com to arrange exchanges for t-shirts. If your requested size/style is in stock, please note there may be a waiting period.
ALL returned items must be returned in their original condition and with their packaging - e.g. sunglasses case, cloth and box. If they are not returned in their original condition we won't be able to accept it.
All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
We quality check every item prior to being posted out to our customers to ensure that all items received have no damages. If for some reason there is a major damage to your jewellery when you receive it, please contact us via cami.citrine@gmail.com to discuss your options.
