Shipping
We are based in Sydney, Australia, and aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that during peak periods (such as sales events), there may be slight delays in processing & shipping times.
Shipping rates:
Australia Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 2–7 business days)
Australia Express Shipping: $15 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)
New Zealand Standard Shipping: $11 AUD (estimated 3–8 business days)
New Zealand Express Shipping: $16 AUD (estimated 2–4 business days)
International Standard Shipping (excluding USA): $18 AUD (estimated 5–12 business days)
International Express Shipping (excluding USA): $33 AUD (estimated 2–7 business days)

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to refund lost, stolen, or uncollected packages. However, we want every customer to receive their order, and we will work with shipping carriers to help locate any missing packages.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates by postal services and cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to issue refunds for orders experiencing shipping delays outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Any applicable import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon entry into your country. Please refer to your local customs authority for details. We are unable to refund orders if a customer declines to pay customs fees, duties, or tariffs.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on jewellery.
We do not offer refunds for handbags, however we are happy to offer store credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your item.
For sunglasses purchased at full price, we can offer store credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your item.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Please note:
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging (e.g., sunglasses case, cloth, and box). Returns without original packaging or in worn/used condition will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
