Jewellery Care Tips

Our jewellery is crafted using 18ct gold plating or solid 925 sterling silver, set on either a sterling silver or brass base. Please refer to each product description for the specific materials used.

Like all plated jewellery, natural wear can occur over time - especially with frequent use or exposure to friction, moisture, or everyday products.

To preserve the finish of your pieces, we recommend removing jewellery before showering, exercising, washing hands, applying lotions, or sleeping.

For earrings made with a sterling silver base, a little extra care is needed. We choose silver for its hypoallergenic properties and beautiful, high-shine finish - however, it is naturally softer and more malleable than metals like stainless steel. As a result, earring posts may bend if too much pressure is applied during insertion or removal.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in an airtight container and gently polish with a jewellery cloth when needed. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, harsh soaps, and chemicals to maintain the integrity of the plating.
