Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds on jewellery.

We do not offer refunds for handbags, however we can offer store credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your item.

All return shipping costs & handling charges are to be paid in full by the customer.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. This includes all items purchased during sale periods.

 

Please Note:

Orders with pre-ordered items in it will be shipped together once pre-orders arrive.

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging (e.g., sunglasses case, cloth, and box). Returns without original packaging or in worn/used condition will not be accepted.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our US Customers, all Duties & Tariffs are INCLUDED at checkout.

For all countries outside of the US, all Duties and Taxes are NOT INCLUDED at checkout.

Customers (outside of Australia & US) are wholly responsible to pay any applicable inbound fees (including duties and taxes) upon receiving the package, as outlined by local Customs Authorities. Please refer to your local Customs Authority for estimated charges and rates on overseas packages into your country before purchasing.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund orders if a customer declines to pay customs fees, taxes or duties. The package will be considered abandoned by the shipping provider and returned to sender.

Please ensure your shipping address & contact details are accurate and secure. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact information.

Our jewellery is crafted from 18ct gold plating or 925 sterling silver, with either a sterling silver base or brass base. Please read the individual product descriptions for base metal specifications for each piece.

 Please note that as with all plated jewellery, the plating may gradually wear over time—particularly on rings worn daily or exposed to friction, contact with products, or frequent handling.

To help preserve your jewellery’s finish for as long as possible, we recommend removing rings, bracelets and necklaces before showering, exercising, washing hands, applying lotions, or sleeping.

For best results, store your jewellery in an airtight container and regularly clean your jewellery with a jewellery cloth to reduce the risk of tarnishing or oxidisation on sterling silver pieces. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, harsh soaps, and other products to protect the plating.

*Please note we are transitioning the base metal of most of our pieces to be Sterling Silver, so specifications for each piece may change as this change is made. We are also increasing the gold microns for gold plated pieces to ensure you can get the most longevity out of your gold plated pieces as possible.
