Dear Cami customers, due to the high volume of orders during this busy period, we are experiencing 2-5 day delays in dispatch times. Please factor this in when making your purchase. Once the order has been handed onto Australia Post, Express vs Standard shipping times still apply as normal within their postal system.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to refund lost, stolen, or abandoned packages. However, we want every customer to receive their order, and we will work with shipping carriers to help locate any missing packages where necessary.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds on jewellery.

We do not offer refunds for handbags, however we can offer store credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your item.

We do not offer refunds for sunglasses, however we can offer store credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your item.

All return shipping costs & handling charges are to be paid in full by the customer.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. This includes all items purchased during sale periods.

 

Please Note:

Orders with pre-ordered items in it will be shipped together once pre-orders arrive.

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging (e.g., sunglasses case, cloth, and box). Returns without original packaging or in worn/used condition will not be accepted.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our US Customers, all Duties & Tariffs are INCLUDED at checkout.

For all countries outside of the US, all Duties and Taxes are NOT INCLUDED at checkout.

Customers (outside of Australia & US) are wholly responsible to pay any applicable inbound fees (including duties and taxes) upon receiving the package, as outlined by local Customs Authorities. Please refer to your local Customs Authority for estimated charges and rates on overseas packages into your country before purchasing.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund orders if a customer declines to pay customs fees, taxes or duties. The package will be considered abandoned by the shipping provider and returned to sender.

Please ensure your shipping address & contact details are accurate and secure. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact information.
